Blended coconut soy candle waxes. This blend is more coconut than soy.

We do have three types of coconut soy candle waxes:
Coconut 2 Wax- This one is more coconut and less soy; this comes in an almost solid shortening type texture
C6– this one is more soy and less coconut; this one comes in 12 pound slabs or 48-pound boxes
Golden Wax 454– this one is more soy and less coconut; this comes in flake form
Coconut 2 wax can be used without blending other ingredients into it. This wax is designed for container candles and a softener for pillar candles (ones without a container).
If you’re looking to create Pillar Candles, we do carry Elite 300, which is an excellent pillar wax. If you find that wax just a bit too hard when you’re trying to remove your candles from their molds, try adding in a small amount of Coconut 2 to soften it up. Don’t go too far and always test first, or you might just end up with a puddle when you burn it!
Looking to add massage candles to your line? Try blending Coconut 2 Wax with something like shea butter/palm kernel flakes/soy wax or butter/massage oils and a little beeswax or soy candle wax to make it hard enough for your containers.
This coconut soy candle wax is white in color, works with any of the wicks we carry and works well with just about any fragrance and all essential oils that are applicable for candles (not all essential oils burn for candles so always make sure to do a test burn first).
Wholesale Coconut 2 coconut soy wax is sold in 1-pound, 5-pound, 25-pound and 50-pound sizes. Pallet sizes are 36 boxes per pallet.
Coconut 2 Guidelines:
Soy wax’s melting point is 200°. If you keep at 200° or higher for any extended amount of time you can scorch the wax and it will start turning cream/brown in color
Stir melting wax frequently to evenly distribute heat
Cool the melted wax down to 185° or below to add fragrance/essential oil/dyes. If you add the fragrance/essential oil when the wax is too hot you will just start burning off your scent. The more you can allow it to cool before adding the scent/essential oil, the better your finished candle will smell. Stir well to allow the scent/essential oil/dye to completely blend in. I suggest a couple of minutes to ensure good dispersion. You can add 6-10% scent/essential oil. You will have to determine the desired amount based upon your scent/essential oil and how strong you want your candle to smell.
Make sure your containers are at room temperature or even slightly warmer. Soy waxes can pull away from glass containers and cold containers can cause this. Allow the melted wax to cool to between 120° to 165° before pouring.
Allow the finished candle to stand for 24 hours before burning.
C3/C1/C6 non/Coconut 2-GMO statement: A note about the soy used in the soy and soy-blended candle waxes: We do not market any of our soy waxes as non-GMO. They “are produced from non-identity preserved soybeans. Although genetically-engineered soybeans are used to produce our products, qualitative PCR test results for our NatureWax products have been ND (non-detectible).”
We carry a variety of different waxes for candles. You can use any of these waxes on their own, or you can blend any or all of them together. Each wax does come with full instructions on how to best use it. Candle making is an art, so please know that you will have to test each candle wax and each scent to make sure it performs the way you want it to. Each fragrance can/will behave slightly different; each wick will behave differently; each wax will behave differently. Do your production tests for each blend, make sure to measure out your ingredients by weight, not by drops or teaspoons, and keep good notes so you can replicate your successes!

Bayberry Wax- Bayberry candles have traditionally been burned both for their enticing, soothing aroma and it is said burning Bayberry candles brings wealth and prosperity! You can use Bayberry wax to create dipped taper candles, pillar candles, votives, and container candles. It is slightly softer than beeswax so you can always blend yellow beeswax and bayberry wax together to create a firmer candle.
Beeswax Beads, Yellow, for Candles– these are beeswax beads that are specifically designed for use in candles. This specific beeswax is not intended to be used in anything other than candles. This is a 100% beeswax; can be used in tapers, pillars, and container candles. This will have the beeswax aroma. This is the beeswax you will use to add into your soy and coconut blends to give firmness and heat throw. Harder candles burn longer and stronger.
Organic Yellow Beeswax– this is a fantastic, 100% beeswax with a lovely honey aroma. You can use this in tapers, pillars, and container blends. It will have the beeswax aroma when burning. These are organic and more expensive, so I would only suggest using these if you are promoting an organic candle.
White Beeswax Beads– these are a traditional white beeswax. Can be used in candles or any other application. You would use these in your candles if you want the finished beeswax candle to be white.
C1-Soy and Palm Oil Blend. Ideal for container candles, lotion bars, massage candles, and massage oils. Comes in a flake so it is easy to measure out and melt. Fragrance load is 6-10%. Any of our wicks will work with this base. Can be blended with coconut wax, palm kernel flakes, or beeswax. C1 is sold in 5-pound, 25-pound, 45-pound, and 50-pound sizes.
C3- Soy candle wax– 100% soy. Ideal for container candles, lotion bars, massage candles, and massage oils. Comes in a flake so it is easy to measure out and melt. Fragrance load is 6-10%. Any of our wicks will work with this base. Can be blended with coconut wax, palm kernel flakes, or beeswax. C3 is sold in 5-pound, 25-pound, 45-pound, and 50-pound sizes.
C6 Coconut Wax–a blend of hydrogenated coconut and soy oils. Ideal for container candles, melts/tarts, massage candles and can be blended with any soy, coconut 1 or beeswax to create a different texture. Any wicks will work, but CDN wicks are specifically designed for coconut wax candles. Suggested wick sizing is one size up from what you would use with pure soy wax. Fragrance load is 6-10%. C6 is sold in 12-pound bars and 48-pound boxes only.
Coconut-1– 100% pure hydrogenated coconut oil. Ideal for container candles, lotion bars, melts/tarts, and massage candles. Must be added to any candle wax or beeswax. Not to be used as a stand-alone wax as it has too low of a melt point and will not stay firm. If used on its own the finished candle will be softer in warmer temperatures and will completely liquify when lit. Fragrance load is 6-10%. Any wicks will work, but CDN wicks are specifically designed for coconut wax candles. Suggested wick sizing is one size up from what you would use with pure soy wax. Coconut 1 is sold in 1-pound, 5-pound, 25-pound and 50-pound sizes.

Elite 300 Pillar/VotiveCandle Wax: This is your petroleum-free, vegetable based (RSPO palm) pillar or votive wax! Paraffin (petroleum) is in almost every pillar/votive wax sold on the market to date. In an effort to keep our product line as clean and natural as possible we have opted to only bring in petroleum-free products. Welcome to the lineup Elite 300! Elite 300 will take high fragrance loads and all candle/wax dyes. Elite 300 is sold in 12-pound slabs or 48-pound boxes, only.
GoldenWax 419 is a 100% hydrogenated soy oil and soy monoglycerides with added proprietary plant-based crystallization modifier to help reduce bloom and improve aesthetics. Based on current labeling requirements, the additive does not need to be listed separately on the label. You can use this wax to create container candles and tealights. If you want to make wax melts you may need to add a softer oil to it such as coconut wax. Golden Wax 419 comes in flake form, is very easy to work with, is white in color, works with either of the wicks we carry, and works well with just about any fragrance and all essential oils that are applicable for candles (not all essential oils burn for candles so always make sure to do a test burn first). Below are our guidelines for working with candle waxes and getting the best heat throw. We have also attached the manufacturer’s guidelines, which are slightly different. Golden Wax 419 is sold in 5-pound, 25-pound and 50-pound boxes.
Golden Wax 444– Golden Wax 444 is made from 100% hydrogenated soy oil and soy monoglycerides, which allows it to have a higher melt point. Golden Wax 444 is a 100% soy wax. This wax is ideal if you live in or ship candles to warmer climates (eastern Washington/Oregon, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas or just summer months). You can use it to create container candles and tealights. If you want to make wax melts, you may need to add a softer oil to it such as coconut wax. Our Soy Wax 444 comes in white flake form, is very easy to work with, works with either of the wicks we carry, and works well with just about any fragrance and all essential oils that are applicable for candles (not all essential oils burn for candles so always make sure to do a test burn first). This is a 100% hydrogenated soy candle wax. Can be used on its own or can be blended with coconut 1. Melt point is 113-118 degrees. Suggested fragrance load is 5-10%. Soy Wax 444 is in flake form and is sold in 5-pound, 25-pound, 45-pound and 50-pound cases.
Golden Wax 454– a blend of hydrogenated coconut and soy oils. Ideal for container candles, melts/tarts, massage candles and can be blended with a soy or beeswax to create a different texture. Any wicks will work, but CDN wicks are specifically designed for coconut wax candles. Suggested wick sizing is one size up from what you would use with pure soy wax. Fragrance load is 6-10%. Golden Wax 454 is sold in 5-pound, 25-pound, and 45-pound sizes.
Golden Wax 464– 100% hydrogenated soy candle wax. Can be used on its own or can be blended with coconut 1 or beeswax to create a custom blend. Suggested fragrance load is 5-10%. Any of our wicks will work. Golden Wax 464 is in flake form and is sold in 5-pound, 25-pound, 45-pound, and 50-pound cases.
Golden Wax 494– Golden Wax 494 is 100% partially hydrogenated soy wax flakes specifically meant to be used in melts and tarts! If you’re looking to expand your product line but not looking to have traditional candles, this wax is your key! This wax CANNOT be used with a wick so you cannot interchange this with container wax. You can only use this to make melts or tarts. Golden Wax 494 is in flake form and is sold in 5-pound, 25-pound, 45-pound and 50-pound cases.
Titan Wax 5470- This is a coconut/soy/apricot blend that is paraffin free! Yes, finally. This wax is a beautiful white, super clean pour, excellent heat throw, and easy to use. This blend is composed primarily soy, with 3-15% coconut and 1-5% apricot wax. The addition of coconut and apricot help to soften the wax, and to help increase the heat throw. Coconut also helps create a smoother finish and a creamier pour. This wax does have a 100% soy additive which helps to boost heat throw. This soy is 100% sustainable and grown in the US. This coconut/soy/apricot blend comes in 12lb slabs and 48lb boxes. One pallet holds 48 boxes.
Titan Wax 5230- This is 100% soy wax designed for container candles. This wax is a beautiful white, super clean pour, excellent heat throw, and easy to use. This wax does have a 100% soy additive which helps to boost heat throw. This soy is 100% sustainable and grown in the US. Titan Wax 5230 is designed to be a better performing wax than C3 so if you’ve used C3 but not happy (which, we love C3!), then try this one!
Titan Wax 57115 Parablend– This is paraffin and soy blended wax designed for container candles. This wax is a beautiful white, super clean pour, excellent heat throw, and easy to use. This soy is 100% sustainable and grown in the US. Can withstand fragrance of 10-12%. 57115 is sold in 5.5lb, 11lb, and 44.8lb sizes. 57115 Created as an offset to the IGI 6006A.
TitanWax 51104 Parablend-This is paraffin base, with soy, coconut and palm blended in, designed for container candles. This wax is a beautiful white, super clean pour, excellent heat throw, and easy to use. This soy is 100% sustainable and grown in the US. Can withstand fragrance of 8-10%. 51104 is sold in 5lb, 11.4lb, and 45.6lb sizes. 51104 has lower melt point, soft blend, great adhesion.
TitanWax 5342 100% Paraffin Tart/Melt/Container Wax– this is a 100% paraffin wax that is ideal for tart and wax melts. This can also be used as high heat throw container wax. You can use this wax on its own, or you can blend with any other wax to create you own custom blend. 5342 is created to rival IGI’s 4786A.

Golden Wax non-GMO statement: Candle wax containing soybean oil may be derived from commercially grown genetically modified (GM) varieties within their respective supply chain. It is important to note that while these oils may be derived from GM varieties, residual DNA/protein is not detectable in these oils when they are fully processed (refined, bleached, and deodorized).
Titan Wax non-GMO statement: Hydrogenated Soybean oil can be produced from soybean crops that were genetically modified, the GMO markers/DNA stay within the soy protein/meal when it is processed, and they therefore do not transfer to the oil that is extracted and hydrogenated into soy wax.
As for the controversy over the candle waxes made by Cargill, here is a little info on that. “We remain firmly committed to ending deforestation in our supply chains and are working to find solutions that balance agricultural production, with the need to protect forests, native vegetation and address climate change. To prevent deforestation in our supply chains, we need to transform farmer practices at scale. Change is only possible if we bring producers along. Our objective is supply chain transformation. It’s not about only enhancing our own supply chain, but also about helping the entire industry be more sustainable.

We purchase our candle waxes from three different manufacturers. Soy to me, which I have been an advocate of clean ingredients in the personal care industry for over 20 years, is a dirty oil if you are planning on consuming it. We do carry an organic, non-GMO, USA grown soy oil to be used in skincare and soap manufacturing, and that specific soy oil I do feel is the cleanest possible version of soy oil. Soy in general, though, is over harvested and almost completely made from genetically modified beans. That being said, when you’re making a candle you’re burning the soy wax, not consuming it, and generally it is added to essential oils or fragrances so the cost of a non-GMO soy for candles would be prohibitive. If you are making massage candles, which are designed to be used on the body, I would suggest going with a blend of coconut 1 candle wax (100% coconut), beeswax and then adding body care oils (such as grapeseed, castor, sweet almond, etc) and not go with a soy wax. We do offer a wide variety of waxes specifically so you can get creative in your candle making, and we do try to be as competitive on our pricing as possible right from the get-go.
Below are answers to some of the common questions I get about our candle waxes.
I also have the same question when it comes to companies marketing “virgin” coconut waxes for candles, and if our coconut waxes are “virgin”. Virgin indicates that it is the very first press of the fruit/nut and that it is not refined after that point. All oils used in candles waxes HAVE to be refined, or they won’t burn in a candle. Organic extra virgin coconut oil is what we use for cooking and baking; it has that great coconut smell and almost fleshy texture. Candle waxes are not virgin. Not any of the oil used in candle waxes could be virgin unless you are specifically using food grade virgin coconut oil and adding a large amount of other hardening agents to it (soy, palm, beeswax, paraffin). Virgin coconut will become a liquid at 76 degrees, which would make your candles soup sitting on the shelves in the store. I know there are companies out there marketing “virgin” coconut wax. My caution is just to be very careful about marketing around candle supplies as it is not regulated like the skincare industry. Candles are not intended for internal consumption, or for application to the skin, even though massage candles are used on the skin. This means that they don’t fall under the same regulatory rules as skincare, so ingredients are not required nor monitored.
Paraffin wax- I have worked very hard to cultivate a high integrity line of products, including the various candle waxes we carry. We continued to put pressure on the coconut/soy/apricot blends until they made one without paraffin. Titan 5470 met that standard and it is a beautiful wax, easy to work with, and great cold and hot throw.
We have also introduced a few paraffin blends, manufactured by a company that works to offset the carbons. Paraffin waxes have come back into popularity because soy waxes just will never put off the hot throw like paraffin does. It is important to know the intention behind your product, then to create it based on that intention. If your intention is solely to have the biggest hot throw, then paraffin is where it is at. If your intention is to have a purely plant-based candle, then soy or coconut is where it is at. If you want to have a high quality, lovely candle that encompasses a great hot throw and utilizes plants, then a parablend is where it is at.

Heat throw- I have a lot of customers ask about increasing the heat throw on their candles. Natural candles (soy, coconut, palm and beeswax based), that don’t contain paraffin can burn differently, and sometimes softer, than candles that are made with paraffin. This is not a bad thing; it just means you get to play around a little with the natural waxes and your scents to make your candle. I have had several customers add Coconut 1 (pure coconut wax) to our other waxes (any will work). The addition of the coconut seems to help boost the scent throw. The other option is to add stearic acid to the candle. I have heard of them adding up to 10% to the base to increase the hardness of the candle and increase the scent throw.
