How do I place an order?

Order online, email your order to info@shayandcompany.com, call us on (503) 653-1155, or come into the Milwaukie store and shop in person. Emailed and phoned orders will not appear in your online account history.

How does store pickup work?

Place a Store Pickup order and we will email you when it is ready, usually within about two hours depending on the queue. Orders are processed in the order received. Check your spam folder — the email often contains your invoice and can be filtered.

How is shipping calculated?

Orders under 450 pounds generally ship UPS Ground and can be calculated on the website. We add no markup — you pay what UPS charges us. Pallet-sized orders ship through Echo Logistics and freight can also be calculated on the site.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico?

Yes, but email your order rather than placing it online. The website calculates UPS and will charge more than necessary; we can often ship USPS and save you money. Hawaii orders over 200 pounds can go via Honolulu Freight.

What is your return policy?

Because we sell raw materials for skincare production, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened items. If we shipped the wrong item we will replace it or refund you. If you ordered the wrong item and have not opened the container, return it within 15 days at your cost plus a 10% restocking fee.
